A ‘Leader’ in any set up is a person who has an ability to create a vision, drive & motivate people to work towards that vision, with adequate rewards & recognition in place, manage the delivery of performance & be a coach and a mentor in the process. The Senior Managers as leaders in an organization, apart from driving results, also need to exhibit ‘Leadership Presence’ through their behavior and demeanor.
