Scope
As a behaviour effective communication is when one can exhibit being a good & empathetic listener, send positive non-verbal signals, create a win-win situation through dialogue to ensure that the intent & impact remain close to each other. Communication is also a skill that involves the art of presenting, facilitating meetings, story-telling, creating an impact – through verbal & non verbal messaging and being assertive, phone & e-mail etiquettes.
