Scope

A manager has to foster good relationships & mange them, almost at a 360 level. There are various stakeholders, with diverse expectations & personalities. So when the output, quality & deliveries have to be met under situations that are constantly changing, it becomes quite challenging for them to maintain good amicable relationships with the entire stakeholder population. These relationships have to be managed while staying uncompromised on values, ethics, quality of delivery & the overall goal.
