Scope
Being open to giving and receiving feedback is a key tool of self-development. When given constructively, the feedback has a positive impact and leads to growth. It also takes away the negative connotation that word ‘feedback’ usually carries. The participants understand the skill involved in both giving and receiving a feedback, and the role it plays in building productive teams & relationships.
