TEAM-ONE Program

Right from the time one steps into the corporate work life, one usually is a part of a bigger team. Even for those who are individual contributors, at some level they have a larger team they are a part of. Understanding team dynamics, how others experience you, the impact of your behavior on the others and vice versa are inherent to our lives at work.

Being a part of a highly cohesive team is a natural motivator and impacts the overall productivity of the team and the individual. The invisible thread of trust, compassion and empathy helps in developing that Emotional Glue that helps the team go that extra step and keep the head up in crises.

This program is designed to take the teams through that journey of SHAKE, SHARE & SHAPE.
