Scope
While taking charge & control is a very important trait of a manager, it must be combined with empowering others through delegation. A team that feels empowered is more motivated & driven with a higher ability to take risks, thereby effecting higher results. With tight deadlines & high deliverables, ‘letting go’ & delegation is something that doesn’t come too easy. In this module the participants understand various delegation aspects and their application.
